The Urgent Care EMS Response Team provides immediate, compassionate, and dignified support to children and families across West Virginia. Our services are designed to stabilize emergencies, restore hope, and ensure no family faces hardship alone.
We operate day and night, including weekends and holidays, because emergencies don’t follow a schedule — and neither do we.
24/7/365 Emergency Delivery Service
Our core service is rapid, direct delivery of essential items to families experiencing sudden crisis. Whether it’s a house fire, homelessness, domestic violence relocation, emergency foster placement, or unexpected hardship, we respond with urgency and care.
We deliver:
- Food
- Clothing
- Hygiene items
- School supplies
- Baby essentials
- Disaster-relief items
- Special-request accessories needed at the time of crisis
- All deliveries are contactless, private, and completed by a two‑person response team for safety
Mobile Response Unit
Our Mobile Response Unit is stocked and ready to deploy at any hour. This unit allows us to respond quickly and safely to families across the region.
The Mobile Response Unit carries:
- Pre‑packed emergency kits
- Seasonal clothing
- Hygiene and sanitation supplies
- Blankets, towels, and comfort items
- Baby and toddler essentials
- School and youth support items
This unit operates with the speed and structure of an emergency service — but with the compassion of a community‑driven nonprofit.
Emergency Food Support
No child should go to bed hungry. Our food kits are designed to provide immediate relief during crisis situations.

- 24–48 hours of meals
- Kid‑friendly snacks

- Shelf‑stable essentials
- We tailor kits to the family’s size and needs whenever possible
Emergency Clothing Support
Families often lose access to clothing during fires, relocations, or sudden displacement. We provide clean, comfortable clothing for all ages.
Clothing kits include:
- Shirts, pants, socks, underwear
- Seasonal items (coats, gloves, hats)
- Children, teen, and adult sizes
- Shoes when available
- Every item is provided with dignity and respect
Hygiene & Personal Care Support
Hygiene is essential for health, comfort, and dignity. Our hygiene kits are designed to meet immediate needs for individuals and families.
Hygiene kits include:
- Soap, shampoo, deodorant
- Toothbrushes & toothpaste
- Feminine hygiene products
- Diapers & wipes
- Basic first-aid items
- We also provide additional items upon request when available
School Supply Support
When a child enters emergency foster care or experiences sudden displacement, they often have nothing for school. We ensure they don’t fall behind.
School kits include:
- Backpacks
- Notebooks, pencils, crayons
- Folders and paper
- Age‑appropriate supplies
- These kits help children feel prepared, supported, and confident
Disaster & Crisis Relief
For families affected by fires, floods, sudden homelessness, or emergency relocations, we provide immediate relief items to help stabilize the situation.
Disaster‑relief support includes:
- Blankets and towels
- Flashlights
- Comfort items for children
- Basic household essentials
- Emergency clothing and hygiene supplies
- We work closely with fire departments, shelters, and emergency agencies to respond quickly.
