A Safe Place to Grow, Connect, and Thrive

The Youth Transition Hub is a welcoming, youth-centered space designed specifically for young people ages 13–21. Whether you are facing challenges at home, need access to basic necessities, or simply need a safe place to spend time, our doors are open.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where youth can access essential resources, build positive relationships, and receive guidance that helps them move toward a brighter future.

Resource Store

Youth visiting the Hub will have access to our free Resource Store, where they can choose the items they need with dignity and respect. Available resources may include:

• Nutritious food and snacks
• Personal hygiene products
• Clothing and seasonal essentials
• School supplies
• Household necessities
• Additional support resources and referrals

Every young person deserves access to the essentials they need to succeed, and we are committed to helping make that possible.

The Youth Transition Hub is scheduled to open in Fall 2026, providing a safe, welcoming space where local youth can find support, resources, and opportunities to thrive.
